Syringa Counseling does not offer emergency services. If you need immediate help or are feeling hopeless, suicidal, or simply in need of speaking with someone, there are numerous hotlines and walk-in clinics available.
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988. Available 24/7, this number connects you directly to trained mental health counselors for suicide prevention and emotional distress. It is entirely free and confidential.
- Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741. This text-only service provides free, 24/7, confidential support from a live, trained volunteer crisis counselor.
- The Trevor Project: Call 866-488-7386 or text START to 678-678. A free, 24/7 confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention hotline specifically for LGBTQ+ young people.
