Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected?
There are times when life can feel too difficult to bear. Trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, and faith-related challenges can leave you feeling exhausted and confused. You may be feeling the weight of unresolved emotions, questioning beliefs that once felt certain, or struggling to find your way forward in your relationship.
You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
Reaching out for help can feel scary and vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying your struggles by yourself for a long time. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and heard and process the stressors life has thrown at you. Healing happens in connection. Together, we can work toward helping you have a more peaceful and joyful life.

You might have found me because…
- You’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief.
- Past trauma continues to affect your relationships and self-worth.
- You and your partner seem stuck in a cycle of conflict.
- You feel disconnected from yourself or the people you love.
- You’re navigating a faith crisis or have experienced religious trauma.
- You’ve tried to “figure it out on your own,” but nothing seems to change.
If any of these sound familiar, I can help.
